Welcome to Chop's Steakhouse! We are a country-casual steakhouse where we dry age our own beef for at least 21 days -- a claim no other restaurant in the Triangle can make, regardless of price. Chops Steakhouse was established in January of 2003 by Roger Van Praet a local businessman striving to provide an atmosphere indigenous to its surroundings. We offer a family friendly setting that is not only cozy but also flexible for all your needs. Chops unique service boasts gift certificates for any occasion, complete banquet facilities and a full service lounge.
